PROCESS:

We Follow strict quality measures on all the process involved in production:

Yarn - Yarn is procured from some of the best mills and the quality is thoroughly checked.

Knitting - Is done with high-end imported machines viz Mayer & Cie, Falmac and the kniting process is continuously monitored by our Fabric Team.

Dyeing - Is done with latest soft flow machines and the lab dip and quality swatches are thorughly checked with the colour matching cabinet before bulk dyeing through our in-house merchandisers.

Printing - We have our own table printing unit and we also print with other units  and the designs are followed up for quality by our merchandisers.

Embroidery - We have our own state of the art two BARUDAN machines through which designs are embroiderd on the garments.

Finishing - Stitching is done with sophisticated in-house machineries and quality at each stage is checked by Quality Controllers, Checking and Packing are done in-house and then exported to buyers destination on time.

SOURCING:

We also do sourcing of garment requirement of overseas buyers.

We have a reliable base of good suppliers and sub-contractors to whom the orders are placed and we follow up them each day and the status is updated to the buyers as and when.

Our Quality Controllers and Merchandisers are well trained and experienced in the latest garment production techniques and the expertise is helpful to handle even the toughest of the styles with ease.
